Checklist - Picking up new(ish) car from dealer tomorrow.?

As far as a checklist, when buying used the car comes with what the past owner left in car. Rarely will a dealwer buy a new spare if needed or mats or radio if does not work. this is one of reasons why you pay less for a used car.. just make sure it runs and has clean carfax. Dealer only has to have car p safety inspection.
