I want to be an exchange student but i am a vegitarian?

Went to Russia as a vegan. I did okay. Before I went I got a piece of paper that said I'm a vegan, I eat this... and not this... and handed it to my host. She had a heart attack at first, but quickly got the hang of it. I did a lot of supermarket and cooking at home, just like I do now. I have also traveled quite a bit all over Europe and have found little trouble. Though I have never been to Finland.
