Do you actually know the whole story on gloucester pregnancies?

because i do, i am from gloucester, machusetts, and i go to gloucester high school, and i spent the year going to school in the same halls as those girls who made "their pacts" and now its summer, but none of us here can get away from it, this little story, that isnt good, blew up and became INTERNATIONAL news, its crazy and ridiculous, i dont know exactly if they made a "pact" but i do know that my town is known for so many, many, good things, we live in a beautiful place, and is full of great people, and those that got pregnant, were just a few that came from fractured lives, and were promiscuous, and did, eventually get pregnant, i just want no one to blame the town for this, its not a blame game, it was wrong decisions made by people, kids, you may have encountered in your own town, i KNOW that gloucester isnt the only place where stuff like this happens, it just got blown up for how it was perceived, any questions or opinions, i dlove to hear them.
