I fancy a lad who runs a pub what the hell do i do about it?

He always stares at me when im in there (but as ive started up my own hairdressing business i've not been in for ages) and last sunday i bobbed in for his gorgeous carvery whilst driving past last min decision, and started fancying him again!! he said hiya and asked me why i hadnt been in for ages so i told him why then every opportunity i caught him staring at me! does he fancy me do you think?? im so gormless at things like this and how do i go about asking for his num?? what if he has a girlfriend? i'm soooo scared!
