What were these 2 cartoon shows!?

me and 2 of my friends were on youtube and we were finding all the popular cartoon shows we would watch when we were little like arthur, stanley, pb & j otter, rolie polie ollie, etc... and my sister brought up the show with the little red head girl that always wore pigtails and gles and she lived in africa and always rode animals and stuff and we can't remember the name! also there was this other show that was on play house disney, sometime in the the 2000's near there and it was about these 2 brothers, i cant really remember what animal they were but they lived in this town with a bunch of other little animals and the 2 brothers were the mailman and they rode in there hot airballon around town to find people that needed help!! what were these shows names!?
