What are some good coaches gifts ideas?

im on the swim team and we have to give coaches gifts at our banquet but i don't know what to get them. there are 3 coaches and what we usually do is have a kick-board or something that all the swimmers sign and then we usually give them a gift certificate to a restaurant we've done that for the past 3 years and i think we should do so i need some ideas. are banquet is going to be some time around the 19th of February i need ideas soon
