Hi can someone please critique this for me please I really need help?

She has just finished brushing her hair and places her brush down on the bedside table. A couple minutes later Anne says, "Nurse, I have not brushed my hair today; can you please get my brush out of the washroom?" I am beginning to see signs of pychological deterioration. I begin to feel really bad for her and quite concerned, I ask the head nurse to come in and ess Anne. RN Carmen Sawyers tells me she is really glad that I came to tell her and that Anne does indeed have a psychological disorder of some sort.
