Implantation bleeding question??? ...need help?

My husband and i are ttc. we bd (baby danced) the whole week that i was ovulating which was roughly last thursday. i know that sometimes implantation does not take place for about 7 days after ovulation. i am due for my af dec 23. i was wondering if all women get implantation bleeding or not? i havent had any bleeding at all just crampy and tired alot more.So...My question is do all women have implantation bleeding and what do you think my chances are??? thanx xoxo lots of baby dust to all ttc
