Did African Americans betray the Clintons?

92% of the African Americans supported Bill Clinton in the general elections. Why hasn't Hillary benefitted from Bill's popularity in the African American community? Why is Obama receiving 90% of the African American vote? Why is everyone who opposes Obama accused of being a racist bigot; but 90% of the African Americans can support a African American and they're not considered to be racist bigots?
