Can an ip address be enough to charge somebody for cyber stalking?

I have been questioned in regards to stalking allegations against my husband's ex wife. The only proof the police have is the IP address that has been linked to a /dating website...apparantly this IP address has been tracked back to a internet provider who have advised it is the company I work for. I have never made any contact with my husband's ex wife in the past by phone or email or text or anything, I have no criminal record. Will I be charged?
