Can you help with a LimeWire installation problem please?

I uninstalled LimeWire from my computer because I was having issues opening it. The screen would just stay blank. I have recently reinstalled Windows on this computer, so I didn't figure I needed to reinstall Windows again. Just though reinstalling LimeWire would fix the problem. Now, I cannot install LimeWire due to Internet security. I uninstalled my protection (which consisted of AVG 9.0 which needed to be upgraded anyway to 2011, Spybot Search & Destroy & Spyware Blaster). After uninstalling these, I still get the same error about my Internet security. I changed my Windows Internet Security, but still getting the same error. Any suggestions?
