Does Florida beaches has crystal clear water?

You betch ny. I live in Texas and the beaches here don't have clear water or clean beaches. But I made a trip to Florida back a while ago and along the coasts and I was amazed at the turquoise, blue waters and the Florida beach's with pure, white sands! One day I hope to go back and spend some time there.
