What should i have for breakfast tomorrow?

Those all sound delicious and healthy! What I suggest would be toasting two slices of wheat bread, spreading low-fat cream cheese on both sides, putting it together, cutting it diagonally, and bon appetite! A great breakfast drink would be hot tea with sugar. Green Tea is also on the "World's Healthiest Foods List". Enjoy and I hope you reach your goal.
